Ananda Meditation Groups
in Italy
The teachings of Self-realization, brought to the Western world by Paramhansa Yogananda, are practiced in all of the Ananda groups, and taught in many of them. Some of the groups offer only meditation sessions, while others offer a variety of activities that include meditation classes, raja yoga courses, the Purification Ceremony and Festival of Light, kirtans and occasional seminars. If you are interested in knowing more about this path, you are most welcome to contact the Ananda group closest to you.

Our meditation group in Rome is very important for my own path and for the spiritual growth of everyone who comes.
