This course will give you the opportunity to evaluate and improve the present condition of your physical-emotional-spiritual health. Classes are based on Yogananda’s principles of dynamic health, and include a rich array of self-healing techniques that work on all levels of our being. In addition, we will deepen our understanding of how to use the basic techniques of Ananda Yoga, meditation and Yogananda’s energization exercises, for our own healing.
