Metaphysics of Success
Dharma and Ethics in Business

These courses are based on and serve as an introduction to “Success and Happiness through Yoga Principles—Little-Known Secrets of Prosperity,” the 26-lesson home-study course written by Swami Kriyananda in India, on the important subject of ethics in business and the true nature of success in both personal and professional life.

Business managers, trainers and coaches who want to integrate principles of higher awareness and spirituality in their programs, have taken this course, which is also being taught in such international and multi-national companies as Motorola, the Royal Bank of Scotland and Indian Oil.

The following programs are taught by the Ananda Clarity Transformation staff, an association which offers training programs for businesses, professionals and project teams.

Intuitive Decision-Making and Problem Solving

25-30 April 2010 (in Italian with English translation)

This workshop is for people who are seeking a way to create a bridge between their daily work and their spiritual search. You will learn the basic Clarity Method: a three-step process that enables you to find effective, creative, and inspired solutions, using the higher dimension of your mind, your “intuitive intelligence.” We will deal with hypothetical cases, and with your own life situations, finding the unexpected solutions which are already at hand.

Magnetic Communication

Success depends to a great extent on how clearly and magnetically we are able to communicate our thoughts and ideas to others, and how sensitively we are able to listen. Among the themes:

• The art of intuitive listening
• How to initiate sincere, simple, direct, and transparent communications
• How to create a clear focus for each communication
• How to use and interpret subtle, non-verbal communications.

Enlightened Leadership

For those who are interested in the new ethics of leadership: responsibility not only for productivity, but also for the well-being of your co-workers, of society, and of the environment. You will learn to:

• Develop an atmosphere of harmony, cooperation and individual satisfaction
• Support and involve your co-workers
• Turn negativity and criticism into positive energies
• Develop leadership qualities in others
• Deal with conflicts and crises.

The Spiritual Laws of Prosperity

Learn to face life’s challenges with confidence and inner strength. Prosperity is not limited to money: It means being in harmony with the universal, abundant flow of energy, inspiration, creativity, love and friendship, good health. Even in times of world economic difficulties, the flow of abundance is not diminished. There are spiritual laws which govern this flow, laws which you will learn to use in this course.

• The law of karma: Specific actions have specific results.
• The law of will: The more you want something, the more likely you will achieve it.
• The law of momentum: Energy in motion tends to stay in motion.
• The law of magnetism: Focused energy creates a magnetic field.
• The law of attraction: What you think, you attract.
• The law of tithing: Those who give abundantly, receive abundantly.
• The law of dharma: Just actions bring just results.
