This will be the focus of our Easter retreat: classes and spiritual practices that help us to “die” to our egoic self and experience a new birth in Christ Consciousness. Each day you will practice yoga to relax the body; practice meditation to calm the mind; and feel your heart open to the new reality that Jesus brought the world when he transcended the death of the physical body to live for eternity in Cosmic Consciousness.
